Helen joined Blind Fashion® in 2001 following an extensive career with Silent Gliss, Skopos Design and Moygashel. Seriously customer focussed she is committed to excellence in service and quality.

Office Dog
Mathilda joined Blind Fashion, following her emigration from Denmark, in 2014.
Absolutely assiduous in her work she continues to review security and regularly assesses both staff and visitors. Now semi-retired in status Mathilda can be relied on to keep both Helen and Kevin in-line and her commitment to her role reflects her dedication to duty.

Sales Office Manager
Formerly an Internal Sales Administrator, then London Area Manager, Stella took this position in 2003.
Both internal and external roles equipped Stella to manage and oversee the Sales Office and she herself has a hands-on role caring for the Blind Fashion® customers. Stella’s dedication and commitment to customer care and her broad breadth of industry knowledge ensure she is the go-to individual for help across the whole business.

Program Manager
Philippa joined Blind Fashion in 2022, covering the London area as Account Manager. She has a passion for textiles and interiors. Qualified with an HND in Interior Design, as well as previous experience working as a Project Manager, supplying Contract Soft furnishings, and working for some of the leading fabric suppliers. Philippa’s experience adds a wealth of knowledge and skills to Blind Fashion.

Debbie joined Blind Fashion March 2024 and brings with her 17 years of experience as the Marylebone Showroom manager and customer service manager for Designers Guild. Serving high-end clients, specifying blinds as well as curtains she brings all her knowledge to liaise with our account customers in London and Home Counties.
Working alongside our London based Operations Manager to showcase the quality of our products and services, with the sales team to deliver quotations and oversee orders through to delivery.

Blind Fashion® take fabric, be it a simple cotton through linens, silks, embroidered, striped, check or plain and make a blind from it. Systems range from simple to complex electrics requiring differing degrees of interaction, but attention to detail, craftsmanship and the ultimate service back up remain at the axis of the Company.
We will advise and assist at any stage from specification to installation and a dedicated team member is available throughout to help your project achieve its full potential. Blind Fashion soft blinds are a bespoke window solution crafted with the utmost care and attention from first cut to final stitch. Entirely hand sewn they are both practicable, aesthetic and effective. Fabric selection influences final results, voiles given ethereal feel, whereas interlining and light resist give a sumptuous or enveloping feel. Each blind is made to measure with fold and fabric calculations being individual to the blind itself.
Intricate making techniques ensure a perfectly proportioned, exquisitely made product regardless of style chosen.
SKILLS PASSED ON THROUGH GENERATIONS
When an individual creates a window dressing here at Blind Fashion, they are not just creating an object of practical beauty, they are also creating a bespoke piece of artwork that they are proud of. Learning the actual skill is often best done in person, with the guru demonstrating for and hands-on with the apprentice. However, the attitude and ethos of the workforce is what provides the magic and special culture we have here at Blind Fashion.
We are proud to acknowledge that we have over 450 years of experience within our workroom and are consistently developing the next generation of craftsmen by working closely with the Textile Centre of Excellence as well as time served sewers, who have been passed on skills from one generation to the next.
OVER 40 YEARS OF SERVICE
In business for over forty years, Blind Fashion has always had at its heart, service to the customer. Initially based in High Wycombe, offering a service to the interior designer or soft furnisher to convert their fabrics into blinds, the portfolio has expanded with the market, whilst the customer’s requirements, textile sophistication and the demands of the market have fashioned the breadth of product available, that initial service ethos has remained in place.

From first enquiry to delivery of your hand-made blind, Blind Fashion remain committed and involved at every facet. We assiduously inspect your fabric and will advise you if there are any issues which may affect the finish of your blind. Having said that we are extremely experienced at masterfully working with particularly challenging fabrics to give exquisite results at every turn. We will propose solutions to provide you the finish you desire.
